Our annual evaluation was carried out on the 10th and 11th of December 2012 at our Auditorium. Resource contribution was rendered by Mr. Sanath Fernando, an external evaluator on this occasion. 
The evaluation was conducted by comparing the information obtained from our staff and the community in field level with the project objectives, aims and the activities.
Progress of each project was subjected to this evaluation. The resource contributor submitted the recommendations to be considered and followed during the forthcoming year.
Rev. Fr. Camillus D. Jansz and the staff members took part in this evaluation. The staff was able to review their past activities and to plan the forthcoming year successfully.
